Ideal hub
Located at the junction of international transport axes, DeCeTe Duisburg is an ideal hub for transport between the North Sea, the Ruhr area and the European hinterland. Customers of DeCeTe Duisburg have the choice. Each day, there are direct barge and rail shuttles to and from the container terminals in Rotterdam. The inland terminal is also regularly connected with the seaports of Antwerp and Zeebrugge. Pre-transport and On-Carriage in the region are efficiently taken care of via an own trucking service.

Facilities
Situated directly on the Rhine, DeCeTe Duisburg has almost one kilometre of quay with four gantry cranes at its disposal. Inland barges can always be discharged and loaded quickly and efficiently. DeCeTe also has 700 metres of own rail track for the handling of trains.
Efficient onward connections
In cooperation with the neighbouring DUSS rail terminal, DeCeTe Duisburg offers numerous efficient onward connections. The DUSS terminal maintains rail services to some 60 European destinations.
Shortsea terminal
DeCeTe Duisburg is also a shortsea terminal. Via the Rhine and North Sea, it is directly connected to the UK ports of Tilbury and Goole.
