Change Profile 



You cannot change your company by yourself. Please contact the ECT Servicedesk by phone during office hours +31 181 27 8658 or via e-mail to change your company name.



You can change your phone number by logging in at ECT.nl and clicking at menu ‘Profile’.
At this page you can change your profile of your ECT.nl account. Change your phonenumber, fill in your password again and click at the button Submit. Your phonenumber will be directly changed.
The phonenumber has to be 10 digits and starts with a landcode and without '-'.



You can change your lastname by logging in at ECT.nl and clicking at menu ‘Profile’.
At this page you can change your profile of your ECT.nl account. Change your lastname, fill in your password again and click at the button Submit. Your lastname will be directly changed. 



It is not possible to change your accountname. You have to fill in a new register form and request for authorisation for all your e-services. An other way is to change your password with the service ‘Request new password’.
