As announced on September 18th, the Truck Capacity Management System (TCMS) will go live next week at ECT Delta and ECT Euromax terminal.
With TCMS, ECT aims to achieve a better distribution of truck traffic, increase predictability, and smoothen the flow of traffic at both terminals.
Please take note of the following important points:
- As of Wednesday 7 October at 03:00, time slots will be activated.
- This means that as of Monday 5 October 09:00, the first time slots can be booked for the period from Wednesday 7 October 03:00 through Thursday 8 October 02:59.
- All pre-notifications created before Monday 5 October 09:00 will not be assigned a time slot if the specified estimated time of arrival (ETA) is after 7 October 03:00. These pre-notifications must be resubmitted via Portbase MCA Road as of Monday 5 October 09:00.
- As of Monday 5 October 09:00, the available time slots will also be visible on MyTerminal by means of a capacity barometer.
We advise road hauliers to align their transport planning in a timely manner with the available capacity and to consult the barometer on MyTerminal for this purpose.
