Since September 18, up-to-date information about the delivery of empty containers can easily be found via MyTerminal.
This overview, called 'Empty Container Delivery', can be found via the menu under 'Terminal' and is freely available to all MyTerminal users. Per terminal (ECT Delta or ECT Euromax) it is shown whether empty containers can be delivered to our terminals. This can differ per terminal, per mode of transport and/or per deepsea shipping line. Email notifications can also be set in the event of status changes per shipping line. All information about this new functionality can be found in the Help Center of MyTerminal.
Since this overview continuously provides up-to-date information and offers the option to set email notifications, no more service messages about the delivery of empty containers will be sent via the ECT website and ECT app as of January 1, 2025.
