To further improve safety at our terminals, we have previously informed you about a mandatory safety and access test for all drivers visiting the ECT Delta and ECT Euromax terminals. The test is conducted at Secure Logistics at Maasvlakte Plaza.
Following two successful evening openings, Secure Logistics is expanding the pilot for extended evening openings. This provides, in particular, night drivers with additional opportunities to complete the mandatory safety test.
The evening openings will take place at the XS-Kiosk at the Service Point Maasvlakte Plaza, Hormuzstraat 50, Rotterdam Maasvlakte, on the following dates:
- Thursday 25 June 2026
- Thursday 9 July 2026
- Thursday 23 July 2026
- Thursday 6 August 2026
- Thursday 20 August 2026
- Thursday 3 September 2026

How does it work?
- Drivers do not need to wait for an invitation and can schedule an appointment themselves at Secure Logistics.
- Before taking the test, drivers must agree to the ECT terms and conditions via XS-ID Online.
- A maximum of three attempts is allowed to pass the test.
- If a driver fails three times, a three-month block will apply.
