To be able to serve our customers 24/7, ECT also offers online services. This service enables the exchange of information for the benefit of the logistics process.

Authorized customers can view status information, request reports, issue orders and exchange documents via MyServices.

The original E-Services are being renewed and will eventually be converted into the new online platform MyTerminal. This platform offers more functionalities than the current MyServices.


The MyTerminal platform is the successor of our E-Services. At the platform, you will find more information about your container. Always "up to date" and "realtime" information. 
At the moment, MyTerminal contains the digital services Object Status and Container Status for the customer groups shippers, logistics service providers and various operators.

Based on your container number(s), you can use track & trace and a ‘discharge time’ predictor. All data is in one overview, which you and your colleagues can easily access. With MyTerminal, exchanging data is easier and planning further transport is more efficient.

A separate MyTerminal platform is being developed specifically for shipping lines, which gives the box and / or vessel operator real-time insight into the progress of vessels to be loaded / unloaded and the status of containers. This is currently in a pilot phase.

In addition to the web variant of MyTerminal, ECT offers direct and secure access to operational information via API (Application Programming Interfaces) Solutions. ECT's API Solutions offer you seamless access to reliable and up-to-date information. This provides you with real-time data in your own systems, without the need for any manual intervention.

The ECT app, which can be downloaded from the google and android stores, currently offers (push) service messages, news and object status for all users. Registered users can use additional functionalities:

  • Crowd indicator per block group
  • Turn around time per terminal
  • Dosing information including push notification of status change

This information is particularly relevant for truck drivers visiting our terminals. Services via the app will be further developed.

E-Services Inland terminals

Prior to delivering or collecting an empty container at our inland terminals in Venlo, Willebroek and Duisburg, you can easily check the shipping company reference via this e-service. This way you can be sure that you will receive or return the relevant empty container at the inland terminal.

Customer Portal EGS

Online services are also available for European Gateway Services customers; the EGS Customer Portal. This portal is fed by EGS with all current bookings of a customer. In one dashboard, a real-time overview of the status of your transport bookings at EGS and status information about the container in the transport process.

The portal contains the following functionalities:

  • Booking overview
  • Container overview
  • Edit container data
  • Batch update container data
  • Reporting tool
