To be able to serve our customers 24/7, ECT also offers online services. This service enables the exchange of information for the benefit of the logistics process.
In early 2020, Hutchison Ports ECT Rotterdam introduced the digital platform MyTerminal. MyTerminal provides information and insight into the terminal process. This information is real time and allows you to optimise your container logistics. Shippers, logistics service providers and inland transport operators can track and trace import and export containers across our ECT Delta and ECT Euromax terminals. The platform also monitors the planning of various objects - deepsea vessels, feeders, inland vessels and trains - that visit our terminals.
MyTerminal is available in three different levels: MyTerminal Free, MyTerminal Premium and MyTerminal Premium Plus. If you only require quick and easy insight into 1 object, container and booking at a time, you can use MyTerminal Free free-of-charge. MyTerminal Premium offers more advanced features such as Estimated Discharge Time. MyTerminal Premium Plus takes this one step further and delivers the data straight to your own system via APIs (Application Programming Interfaces).

The ECT app, which can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, currently offers (push) service messages, news and object status for all users. Registered users can use additional functionalities:
- Status information of objects and containers
- Truck Turn Around Time per terminal
- Truck queue
This information is particularly relevant for truck drivers visiting our terminals. Services via the app will be further developed and can be downloaded here.
The digital invoicing environment can be found at e-invoicing.ect.nl. The advantage of this environment is that all your invoices, and their status, can be found in your account. This digital service is intended for customers who receive invoices from ECT Delta and/or ECT Euromax.

E-Services Inland terminals
Prior to delivering or collecting an empty container at our inland terminals in Venlo, Willebroek and Duisburg, you can easily check the shipping company reference via this e-service. This way you can be sure that you will receive or return the relevant empty container at the inland terminal.
Customer Portal Hutchison Ports Europe Intermodal
Online services are also available for Hutchison Ports Europe Intermodal (HPEI) customers; the HPEI Customer Portal. This portal is fed by HPEI with all current bookings of a customer. In one dashboard, a real-time overview of the status of your transport bookings at HPEI and status information about the container in the transport process.
The portal contains the following functionalities:
- Booking overview
- Container overview
- Edit container data
- Batch update container data
- Reporting tool
